I provide assistance to companies with regards to mergers and acquisitions as well as valuation of corporates. Furthermore I advice companies regarding financial strategies, sh are holders information and capital matters. I have long term experience in project finance from large projects within the private and public sectors; including but not limited to infrastructure, transportation, energy, oil & gas.

I have worked more than 30 years within banking and in investment companies as well as for larger corporates in Norway and internationally acting in key roles as chairman and senior management in a number of countries. I provide advice to companies regarding how to deal with strategic and operational matters.
As lender and credit officer in Norwegian and international financial institutions I have served demanding customers such as industrial groups, banks, insurance companies, airlines, shipping companies, multi-national oil companies, offshore service companies, and have acted as adviser to governments in connection with privatisation of state owned companies.
Trust, confidence and good communication is vital in order to achieve satisfactory results. Project- and corporate loans, guarantees, understanding and use of loan instruments, access to equity, foreign currencies and assessment of other risks, stock exchange regulations, and securities trading acts, as well as preparation and implementation of negotiations and transactions are fundamental to any financial advisory.
